What Should I wear ?     M ake sure your clothes are practical for working out and, unless you’re going straight home afterwards, don’t forget a change of clothes. 2.  Some things to know about going to the gym      => M ake sure you bring water and a towel or something.  => P ut your equipment away when you’re finished with them. => B e mindful of using your phone in the gym so you’re not distracting others. => G o to gym in the early morning if possible. 3.
